The academic requirements for new students are to fulfill the following conditions:
- High school graduates or equivalent from within and outside the country,
- Certificate of graduation / diploma for a maximum of 2 (two) years,
- High school graduates from abroad with the American Education System or British Education System at least year 12 or have an equalization diploma from the embassy of the Republic of embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in the country concerned with high school graduates in Indonesia.
- Have English language skills with a test score of one of: TOEFL ITP ≥ 500, TOEFL IBT ≥ 61, TOEFL CBT ≥ 173, IELTS ≥ 5.5, TOEIC ≥ 575.
- Pass the IUP entrance exam which includes: written exam (minimum 70/100) or have a score of Computer-Based Writing Test (UTBK) (at least 550), and interview (at least 70/100).
The administrative requirements for new students are to fulfill the following conditions:
- Pay the registration fee;
- Register online on the page https://feb.uhamka.ac.id/
- Include curriculum vitae and motivation letter;
- Include a statement letter of willingness to bear tuition fees from parents;
- For foreigners include: photocopy of passport, recommendation letter, and health statement letter, and health statement;
- Paying Education Development Contribution (SPP) and Institutional Development Contribution (SPI) with the amount determined by the student. Institution Development Contribution (SPI) with the amount determined by the Rector’s Rector’s Decree.
